CMA/LPN/CNA
We are currently seeking CMA/LPN/CNA, you will be responsible for providing clinical and administrative support to healthcare professionals in a medical clinic. In this role, you will assist with patient care by taking vital signs, preparing patients for office visits, going over medications, and preparing charts. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling administrative tasks such as scheduling.
You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Tasks Include but Not Limited to:
- Show patients to examination rooms and prepare them for the physician.
- May assist with administrative duties including scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, billing, and coding for insurance purposes
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by a physician.
- Interview and record patients’ medical information and measure their vital signs, weight, and height.

Night Sleep Tech
The duties will include but not be limited to:
- Verify documentation and physician orders;
- Prepare and calibrate equipment required for testing to determine proper functioning and make adjustments, if necessary;
- Apply electrodes and sensors according to lab protocol and standard of care of sleep medicine;
- Preform diagnostic and therapeutic (CPAP, BIPAP) polysomnography, MSLT and MWT Testing;
- Preform polysomnographic data acquisition while monitoring study-tracing quality to ensure signals are artifact-free and make adjustments, if necessary;
- Perform routine PAP mask fitting; document routine observations, including sleep stages and clinical events, changes in procedure, and other significant events in order to facilitate scoring and interpretation of polysomnographic results;
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of all computerized sleep systems;
- Preform polysomnography record scoring and report generation;
- Manages own patient schedules and works with patients to troubleshoot issues and concerns;
- Cleans and prepare equipment for next use;
- Follows all procedure protocols.
Education:
Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to an associate degree with an emphasis in polysomnography OR successful completion of a polysomnography program of no less than one year duration associated with a state licensed and/or nationally accredited educational facility OR equivalent experience and documented proficiency at all competencies required of a Polysomnographic Technologist.
Certification by a nationally recognized certification board as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist(RPSGT). Licensed by the State of Iowa’s a Polysomnographic Technologist. Maintain the RPSGT credential and the State Licensure through educational activity as outlined by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist(BRPT) and State of Iowa. Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire. Acceptable credentialing bodies and certification include American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer and American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers. Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.

Front Desk Medical Office/Scheduler
The medical office front desk position performs a number of duties, including greeting and scheduling patients and visitors, bookkeeping, calling patients to remind them of appointments, handling billing, answering and routing calls, making transactions, and keeping paperwork organized. The medical office front desk position mainly uses telephones and computers to communicate with patients and staff, so they must have basic knowledge of computers. These receptionists frequently work during regular business hours in an office setting, and travel is rarely required. Hours may vary for receptionists depending on the office’s regular hours. Medical office front desk positions must interact frequently with patients, medical professionals, and supervisors, meaning they must have excellent communication skills and be personable.
Front Desk Position, Medical Office Tasks:
- Compile and record medical charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Interview patients to complete insurance and privacy forms.
- Receive insurance co-pay payments and post amounts paid to patient accounts.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, check-ups and physician referrals.
- Answer telephones and direct calls to appropriate staff.
