Kerry Canady, DO
Kerry was born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Leaving home, she pursued her passion for learning and earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics at Iowa State University. She continued her medical school education at Des Moines University. Upon graduating she moved to Columbus, Ohio to complete her Internal Medicine Residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital. Once she finished her residency she moved to Omaha, Nebraska where she completed her fellowship training in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at the University of Nebraska Medical Center.
Her special interests include sleep-disordered breathing in children and adults. She is a prestigious member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the American College of Chest Physicians. In Kerry’s free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children, exercising, baking and travel.
